SearchAll brings TCGplayer, eBay, HiBid, Discogs, EstateSales.net, Grailed, Vinted, and more into one hunt, with direct prefilled searches for the rest. The kitchen inventory app for our staff. Track every ingredient with flexible units (lbs, gallons, dozens, cups, and more). Community recipe book where staff submit recipes. Built-in nutrition calculator with macro breakdown, per-serving adjustments, and auto-scaled ingredient quantities.

The co-op storefront for Kituwa Beef: freezer shares, cuts by the pound, curated packages, published market-price checks, pickup and delivery. The demo cart never charges a card.
A sourced field library, available offline.
A sourced field library for the small farm: public-domain books, plain-language fixes, formulas, equipment manuals, conversions, and topic depots. Read it in the browser or download the plain text. Once opened on the local network it keeps working without internet.

A small, self-hosted social site for people you know: a chronological friends-only feed, exact-username friend requests, invite links, and a Cinny chat room created only when a friendship is accepted. Direct messages use Matrix end-to-end encryption. There are no ads, analytics, third-party scripts, public profiles, or non-avatar uploads.
A living constitution, governed by consensus.
A living document the community writes and amends together. Every proposal is debated for a fixed window, a simple majority of votes cast decides, and every version is committed to a self-hosted git history so anyone can read exactly what changed and when.

A neighbours-only directory for the local network. People can add themselves with phone, email, social links, and a website. Businesses, groups, and services are not listed. Entries are locked after submission, and an admin can edit, hide, or remove them.

Paste a website address and the depot copies it slowly and politely, so the pages stay readable on the local network when the internet does not. Good for manuals, guides, and reference sites.

A passkey-gated build assistant for the admin pages.
Timmy is the OpenCode assistant embedded in Kituwa admin panels. Unlock it with a passkey, then work in the live repository. It prefers the Trinity worker, falls back to Elcomms, and uses the VPS only when both are unavailable. The token alone cannot start a session.

A scheduled Pokémon card price monitor: pulls TCGplayer market prices, computes the biggest movers, writes ready-to-post captions, and publishes through n8n. Telegram alerts fire when a workflow fails. It never posts without an approved workflow.

A Carvana sales tracker for the Ford F-150: average and median sale price, days to sell, mileage, inventory over time, price trends, and a mileage-vs-price model with depreciation and correlation. Built as a React dashboard and filled with a deterministic demo dataset shaped like the original NocoDB table.

One account for every Kituwa app.
A passkey-first account authority with private-key fallback, recovery that replaces credentials instead of pretending to recover a lost key, and OpenID Connect so every app can share one sign-in. It does not decrypt old data or recreate old signatures; it authorizes a new credential for the same stable account.
