Support time
Ask about this setup

Need urgent Linux or server help? Check availability through the website inbox before purchasing. A 15–60 minute start window is available only after we confirm availability, your issue and a working remote-access method. Contact us before purchasing.

Use the website inbox or live chat first. An order alone does not reserve immediate availability.

Choose your support time

  • 1 hour — $125
  • 3 hours — $375
  • 6 hours — $600 ($100 per hour)

One-time remote support service. No physical item is shipped. Select your time option above; quantity 1 purchases one selected block.

What I can help with

  • Linux system administration, desktop and server troubleshooting.
  • Docker and Docker Compose: failed containers, logs, networking, volumes and configuration.
  • SSH connectivity, authorized user access, permissions and sudo configuration.
  • UFW firewall rules and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Server health checks: CPU, memory, disk space, logs, services and resource bottlenecks.
  • Package updates, dependency issues and failed systemd services.
  • Nginx/Apache, reverse proxies, DNS and TLS certificate troubleshooting.
  • Self-hosted applications such as Nextcloud, Immich and Paperless-ngx, where supported.
  • Backup configuration and restore troubleshooting when usable backups are available.

Tell me what is happening before ordering so I can confirm whether the issue fits my skills and can be worked on remotely.

How emergency support works

  1. Contact me first. Use the website inbox or live chat. Describe the problem, operating system, urgency and available access. We confirm availability, scope, your remote-access readiness and the expected start time.
  2. Purchase the agreed time block. Use an email address and phone number where I can reach you. The confirmed 15–60 minute start window runs from successful payment, provided you are available and access is ready.
  3. I reach out after payment. Once your order is received, I contact you using the agreed channel and request the connection details and access needed to begin. SSH or another mutually agreed remote-access method can be used.
  4. We work through the issue. I diagnose the problem, make agreed changes and explain findings and next steps. Additional time or paid third-party services require your approval.

Remote-access requirements

You must own the machine or be authorized to approve work on it. Have a powered-on machine with working internet and a reachable SSH service, hosting console or compatible remote-desktop tool. Administrative access may be needed. Remain reachable during the session; some work requires you or someone on-site to restart equipment or approve access.

Do not put passwords, private SSH keys, recovery codes or other secrets in checkout notes, ordinary email or website chat. We agree on a secure access method after purchase. Prefer a temporary account, temporary authorized SSH key or approved remote session; revoke temporary access when the work is complete.

Service limits and important terms

  • Availability must be confirmed before purchase. The 15–60 minute window is a conditional start target, not a promise of resolution within that time or a 24/7 response guarantee. Delayed access, payment issues or lack of contact can delay the session.
  • You purchase time and expertise, not a guaranteed outcome. Diagnosis, investigation, access troubleshooting, agreed configuration changes and explanation count toward support time, even if an issue cannot be fully resolved. Time begins when the agreed session starts, not while you wait for initial contact. No extra time is charged without approval.
  • Remote work has limits. Hardware repairs, on-site work, inaccessible machines, unsupported software, major migrations and specialist data recovery or incident forensics may need a separate service or referral. Third-party outages and vendor restrictions may prevent a fix.
  • Protect your data. Have a current backup where possible, and disclose missing backups or critical workloads before work starts. Changes, updates and restarts can cause downtime or affect data. We discuss disruptive changes before proceeding; a health check is not a security certification or a guarantee against future failure.
  • Unused time and scheduling. Confirm how any unused time, breaks or follow-up sessions will be handled before purchasing. A larger block does not automatically reserve uninterrupted availability. If an order is placed without prior confirmation, contact me immediately to arrange availability or discuss cancellation before work begins.
  • Scope. This purchase does not include hardware, software licenses, cloud fees, ongoing monitoring or unlimited follow-up support. Only authorized systems and agreed tasks are covered.
