Kituwa IT works remotely with businesses from anywhere with a suitable internet connection. We can help with server setup, applications, troubleshooting, maintenance, training and ongoing technical support. Flexible appointments and after-hours sessions are available by arrangement; availability and response times are agreed when you book.

Built here, shipped to you

Our servers are built to order with compatible software and requested settings installed before shipment. Shipping and local delivery options are confirmed for your location. The server package covers the server and preinstallation; final setup, maintenance and technical help are optional paid services.

Plug in, then work with us remotely

If you choose the remote setup add-on, we can prepare authorized secure remote access before delivery. Connect the server to power and working internet, and we complete the agreed final configuration with you at the scheduled appointment.

Nationwide remote service

Kituwa IT currently serves clients across the United States through remote appointments and shipped systems. If a project requires physical installation, we can help define the work and coordinate local hands-on support or quote travel separately when practical.

Business hardware pickup and on-site data erasure

We accept nationwide business requests for hardware reuse, pickup, and secure data erasure. Kituwa IT may handle on-site work directly where practical or coordinate a local provider. We confirm availability, who will attend, the destination of collected equipment, and the complete quote before scheduling. Household pickup is not offered.

Travel & on-site appointments

On-site visits are available by arrangement. Service prices exclude travel unless your written quote expressly includes it. We confirm the address, who will attend, availability, and the complete travel charge before you commit to an on-site appointment.

Travel time: $75 per hour, quoted for the combined outbound and return journey in 30-minute increments ($37.50 each). The quote states the agreed billable time; customers do not need to calculate it themselves.
Starting location: stated in the quote when the appointment is confirmed. Kituwa IT absorbs additional distance caused by our own later itinerary changes.
Vehicle expenses: mileage or an agreed vehicle-expense amount is itemized separately. We do not charge both mileage and fuel for the same journey.
Other expenses: parking, tolls, lodging, flights, and other necessary travel costs require advance approval. Longer-distance trips and third-party provider visits receive individual quotes.
Technical work: installation, troubleshooting, pickup, and other on-site labor are separate from travel. Transport already included in an agreed pickup fee is not charged twice.

Payment and scheduling

Where practical, the service and travel appear on one itemized invoice. If the service was purchased separately, we may send a separate travel invoice or a link to the preapproved travel add-on. Buy only the quantity stated in your approved quote. Buying a service or travel add-on alone does not confirm an appointment.

If you already bought a service, any additional travel charge must be agreed before scheduling. We can discuss remote delivery where suitable. If the visit cannot proceed or you do not accept the travel quote, contact us to arrange an alternative or address cancellation under the applicable order terms; purchasing a service does not automatically authorize extra travel charges.

Changes and cancellations

Rescheduling, cancellation terms, and any approved nonrecoverable travel bookings are explained in the written quote before payment or reservations. Changes to the customer address or scope are requoted for approval. No extra travel charges are added without agreement.
