Does every workflow need AI?
No. If clear rules can handle the task reliably, ordinary automation is usually simpler, less expensive, and easier to verify. We use AI for work such as understanding text, categorizing varied requests, or drafting content—not just to put “AI” in the proposal.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Often, but compatibility depends on the service's API, permissions, subscription plan, and authentication options. We confirm the available connection method before quoting the build.
Can n8n run on our own server?
Yes, n8n can be self-hosted on suitable infrastructure. We can also discuss an appropriate hosted arrangement. Backups, updates, monitoring, model usage, and third-party subscription costs are defined separately.
Will an AI agent be allowed to send or change things automatically?
Only within the scope you approve. Sensitive actions can require a human decision. We can also use drafts, limited permissions, spending boundaries, recipient allowlists, and logs to reduce risk.
What should I send in my first message?
Describe what starts the work, the steps someone performs today, the tools involved, how often it happens, where mistakes occur, and what a successful result looks like. Please do not send passwords or private business records.
