How the sessions work
We work through your own writing, research, spreadsheet, customer-service, operations, or software idea together. You practice directing the tool, checking its work, and refining the result. Beginner-friendly sessions start with the basics; advanced sessions can focus on a specific workflow.
Training topics
Learn when to use AI for drafting, reasoning, brainstorming, organizing, tutoring, research, and making things. Practice giving context, assigning a task, adding constraints, and continuing a conversation until the output is useful.
Turn vague requests into clear instructions. Use examples, source material, output formats, follow-up questions, and feedback loops. Build reusable prompts for tasks you do often.
Guided use of ChatGPT (GPT), Claude, Gemini, Grok, Manus, and Perplexity, with other tools by arrangement. Compare their interfaces and strengths for drafting, research, coding, and multi-step tasks. Features and access vary by plan and change over time.
Spot confident mistakes, trace claims to reliable sources, test calculations and code, and keep a human review step for important decisions. Learn what information should stay out of a public AI tool.
Describe the outcome, break the work into small steps, have AI draft code or a simple app, run it, report errors, and test changes. Learn how to keep versions and review what was generated before using it with real customers or data. No prior coding experience required for an introductory session.
Map a repeatable process and choose where AI actually helps: proposals, customer replies, meeting notes, knowledge bases, document handling, research, or internal tools. Define approval points, staff guidance, privacy rules, and measures of success before automation.
Role-specific workshops, prompt libraries, AI-assisted coding, document-based assistants, and introductions to connected workflows with n8n. Software setup, API connections, custom development, and automation implementation are separate services with an agreed scope.
