A prepared 32 GB multiboot flash drive for the day a computer will not start—or when you need to back up, clone, inspect, repair, erase, or reinstall it.

Plug it into a compatible PC, open the USB boot menu, and choose the tool that fits the job. The drive includes graphical rescue environments, advanced recovery utilities, hardware diagnostics, Linux live desktops, and server installers.

The difference: you are not left alone with the drive.

Your $99 purchase includes a 15-minute phone or text consultation with Mike. Explain what happened, what you need to protect, and what the computer is doing. You will receive a sensible starting point and help choosing the right tool. Most mass-market or marketplace rescue drives include software only.

What this drive can help you do

  • Start a compatible PC even when its installed operating system will not load
  • Copy important files to a separate external drive before attempting repairs
  • Recover lost partitions and attempt recovery of deleted or damaged files
  • Resize, move, create, inspect, and repair supported disk partitions
  • Create full-disk images or clone an old drive to a replacement drive
  • Repair common Linux and dual-boot startup problems
  • Test system memory and investigate unexplained crashes
  • Securely erase supported drives before disposal or resale
  • Try Linux without installing it, or launch selected Linux and server installers

Prepared and organized by Kituwa IT

This is a new generic 32 GB USB-A flash drive that is opened, configured, organized, and tested before shipment. A multiboot menu lets you select a rescue environment instead of carrying a separate flash drive for every tool.

The drive also includes a plain-language getting-started guide, basic instructions for every included program, a version manifest, project and source links, and license information. Software images are current when the drive is prepared; open-source projects may release newer versions after shipment.

Choose the amount of help you want

Drive + 15-minute issue review — $99
Included with every drive. Best for choosing the correct tool and confirming the safest first step.
Drive + 1 hour of guided support — $224
A practical middle option for walking through one focused backup, diagnostic, repair, or imaging task.
Drive + 2 hours of guided or remote support — $349
Includes the $250 support upgrade. We can work by phone, or remotely after the computer is running in a compatible environment and a safe connection can be established.

Support is scheduled and is not an immediate-response service. Remote access depends on the computer, network, and rescue environment. When remote access is unavailable, support continues by phone or text.

How it works

  1. Describe the problem. After ordering, tell us what the computer is doing and which files matter most. Never send passwords or recovery keys through ordinary email or chat.
  2. Receive the prepared drive. It arrives with a boot menu and instructions for opening the computer's temporary USB boot menu.
  3. Start with the safest step. When important data is at risk, that usually means copying or imaging it before making changes.
  4. Use your included support. We help you select and begin with the appropriate tool. Additional work requires your approval.
Important: A rescue toolkit cannot guarantee that a failed drive, damaged filesystem, encrypted device, or deleted file can be recovered. Partition changes, restoration, installation, and disk wiping can destroy data when used incorrectly. Keep recovered files and disk images on a separate drive. If a disk is clicking, disconnecting, or physically failing, continued use may make recovery harder.

Compatibility and what you need

  • Designed primarily for x86-64 Windows and Linux desktop or laptop PCs that support booting from USB
  • Not intended for Apple Silicon Macs, Chromebooks with locked boot settings, phones, tablets, or most ARM-only computers
  • The computer may require a temporary boot-menu selection or a Secure Boot setting change; compatibility varies by machine and selected image
  • The included drive uses USB-A; an appropriate adapter is required for computers with USB-C ports only
  • A separate external drive is normally required for backups, disk images, and recovered files
  • netboot.xyz and some downloads require wired or compatible Wi-Fi internet access
  • No Windows license, paid recovery software, replacement storage drive, or guaranteed repair is included

Included boot environments and tools

Multiboot menu

  • Ventoy: Presents the organized menu used to launch the included ISO and image files.

  • SystemRescue: A broad repair environment with GParted, filesystem tools, TestDisk, PhotoRec, GNU ddrescue, antivirus utilities, network tools, and other administration software.
  • GParted Live: A focused graphical environment for managing supported partitions.
