What you need

You provide the computer, a suitable USB drive, reliable internet, and a separate verified backup. Keep a second phone or computer available during installation, when remote-control software on the target PC cannot run. You approve any disk changes before they happen.

Confirm the fit first

Windows applications, games, anti-cheat software, printers, Wi-Fi adapters, encryption, and work-managed devices can affect suitability. Dual boot, unusual hardware, large file transfers, business fleet rollout, and specialist distributions need a separate quote.

Time and outcome

This is a guided setup session with up to two hours of live work. If compatibility or recovery issues prevent a standard installation, we use the session to diagnose the issue and agree on next steps.
