Choose your monthly plan

Basic — $29/month

One monitored service/check, email alerts, and business-hours alert review. A simple starting point for one website, app, or game server.

Standard — $69/month

Up to five monitored services/checks, email and SMS alerts, and a same-business-day acknowledgment target for alerts received during the agreed coverage window. Useful for a business website plus several essential apps.

Priority — $119/month

Up to ten monitored services/checks, email and SMS alerts, priority business-hours review, phone escalation when needed during the agreed coverage window, and a monthly uptime report.

Automated checks operate 24/7. Human coverage hours, time zone, notification recipients, and escalation arrangements are agreed before activation. Acknowledgment targets are not guaranteed response or repair times. SMS availability depends on supported destinations; any messaging limits or additional charges are agreed before activation. There is no staffed 24/7 emergency response included.

What can you have monitored?

• Business websites: company websites, WordPress sites, portfolios, blogs, landing pages, and public storefront pages.
• Customer-facing tools: booking pages, appointment portals, membership sites, customer portals, help desks, and public order pages.
• Game servers: Minecraft, Rust, Valheim, ARK, Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, Garry’s Mod, and other dedicated servers where a supported query, connection check, or custom health signal is available.
• Gaming community services: forums, server control panels, community websites, and compatible voice servers.
• Private cloud and file access: Nextcloud, ownCloud, Seafile, file portals, and accessible NAS services.
• Photos, documents, and media: Immich, Paperless-ngx, Jellyfin, Plex, and other self-hosted web apps.
• Business applications: Invoice Ninja, CRM systems, accounting portals, project management tools, inventory apps, wikis, and internal dashboards.
• Collaboration and developer tools: compatible chat services, Git services, code hosting, CI dashboards, and password-manager service availability.
• Servers and hosted services: VPS instances, dedicated servers, home servers, virtual machines, and selected network ports.
• Containers: Docker container state and application health endpoints where secure access is available.
• APIs and integrations: API health endpoints, expected response values, and WebSocket availability.
• Website content checks: missing expected text, unexpected error messages, and agreed response-time thresholds.
• Domains and HTTPS: DNS resolution, selected DNS records, and supported TLS/SSL certificate expiry checks.
• Email infrastructure: mail-server connectivity, webmail availability, and selected mail-related DNS records.
• Internet and network access: office or home connectivity, routers, firewalls, VPN endpoints, and remote-access gateways where suitable checks are possible.
• Backups and scheduled jobs: missed completion signals from backup jobs, file syncs, scheduled scripts, reports, and data imports when a heartbeat or integration is configured.
• Home automation and connected equipment: Home Assistant, compatible hubs, camera/NVR availability, printers, and other networked devices through an approved private connection.
• Custom health alerts: disk space, CPU load, memory usage, temperature, UPS status, or other metrics when a suitable agent, sensor, or integration is available. Additional setup is quoted separately.

What counts as one monitored service?

One independently configured check against one endpoint, service, or scheduled job counts as one monitor. A website, a game server, and a backup heartbeat typically count as three. Separate checks on the same server may use additional monitors. Your exact monitor list is agreed before activation.

How it works

1. Tell us what matters. Share the services you depend on and who should receive alerts.
2. Confirm the fit. We agree on checks, access, alert channels, coverage hours, and any additional setup work.
3. Activate monitoring. We configure and test your checks and notifications, then confirm when monitoring is live.
4. Stay informed. Receive failure and recovery alerts, with human review according to your plan.

Public services often need little setup. Private systems may need secure remote access or a local component. Standard monitor configuration is included; custom scripts, agents, network changes, and complex integrations are quoted separately before work begins.

Monitoring and repairs are separate

This subscription covers monitoring, notifications, and alert review. Troubleshooting, repairs, updates, recovery, and hands-on support are billed separately and require your approval. You can ask Kituwa IT to help or have your own technician handle the issue.

Checks report the specific signals we configure. A responding website does not prove checkout works; a reachable game server does not prove gameplay is healthy; a backup completion signal does not prove the backup can be restored. Email delivery tests, full checkout tests, restore testing, security monitoring, and gameplay performance analysis are separate scopes.

Monitoring helps detect problems sooner. It does not prevent outages or guarantee every failure will be detected before your users notice.
