$99 custom PC design
Includes one requirements review, one compatible parts list, an itemized build quote, and one revision within the original budget and use case. You keep the design. The $99 is credited toward Kituwa build labor when you proceed within 30 days; component prices are reconfirmed before purchase.
Assembly and testing
Standard assembly and testing start at $349 total labor; compact or complex builds start at $499 after review. Parts, OS licenses, procurement charges where applicable, packaging, insured shipping, and tax are itemized separately. The design credit reduces the remaining labor balance; it does not make assembly free.
Approved builds include assembly, cable management, agreed OS and driver setup, memory and storage checks, workload testing, and handover notes. Custom liquid cooling and specialist workloads require a separate scope. Hardware condition, warranty responsibilities, timing, and return-service arrangements are confirmed in writing. Approved payment is collected before components are ordered.

Contact us before purchasing so we can confirm compatibility, scope, and availability. Hardware, licenses, subscriptions, travel, and ongoing support are separate unless explicitly included. Additional work requires an approved quote. Do not send passwords in order notes.

Planning an on-site visit?
Contact us before buying a service that requires travel. On-site availability and travel are confirmed separately. Travel time is $75 per hour round trip, quoted in 30-minute increments, plus approved vehicle expenses, parking, and tolls. Long-distance trips are individually quoted. Technical labor is separate, and travel already included in an accepted quote or pickup fee is not charged twice.
We agree on the starting location, total travel allowance, expenses, and timing before you commit. Later changes to our own itinerary do not increase your accepted travel quote. A service purchase alone does not authorize an additional travel charge or reserve a visit.
