Find out what is slowing your computer down
$99 covers one 45-minute remote diagnostic session for one working, accessible Windows or Linux PC, followed by a short written recommendation. We review agreed symptoms, basic system health, and whether an SSD, RAM, GPU, cooling repair, or software change is sensible.
This is diagnosis, not a guaranteed repair. Hardware installation, parts, extensive malware removal, data recovery, operating-system reinstall, and further troubleshooting are separately quoted. Physical work is available by arrangement after location and handling are confirmed. Maintain a backup before changes.
Contact us before purchasing so we can confirm compatibility, scope, and availability. Hardware, licenses, subscriptions, travel, and ongoing support are separate unless explicitly included. Additional work requires an approved quote. Do not send passwords in order notes.

Planning an on-site visit?
Contact us before buying a service that requires travel. On-site availability and travel are confirmed separately. Travel time is $75 per hour round trip, quoted in 30-minute increments, plus approved vehicle expenses, parking, and tolls. Long-distance trips are individually quoted. Technical labor is separate, and travel already included in an accepted quote or pickup fee is not charged twice.
We agree on the starting location, total travel allowance, expenses, and timing before you commit. Later changes to our own itinerary do not increase your accepted travel quote. A service purchase alone does not authorize an additional travel charge or reserve a visit.
