Pay for travel already approved in your quote
This add-on pays for travel time only. It is not a technical-support session, a complete on-site visit, or an appointment reservation. Contact us and approve your written travel quote before purchasing.
$37.50 per 30 minutes of quoted round-trip travel
Our travel-time rate is $75 per hour. One unit covers 30 minutes of the total agreed outbound and return journey. Buy only the quantity we specify in your quote.
- Quantity 1 = 30 minutes total travel: $37.50
- Quantity 2 = 1 hour total travel: $75
- Quantity 4 = 2 hours total travel: $150
The quantity represents time, not miles, devices, or visits. Please provide your quote or order reference through our contact page or website inbox so we can match the payment to your project.
Vehicle and other expenses
Mileage or an agreed vehicle-expense amount, parking, tolls, flights, and lodging are not included in this product. Approved expenses are itemized on your project invoice. We do not charge mileage and fuel for the same journey or charge again for transport already included in an agreed pickup fee.
Before you pay
We confirm the service address, agreed starting location, round-trip allowance, expenses, technical-service price, and appointment availability. Changes to our own later travel itinerary do not increase your accepted quote. Long-distance and third-party visits are quoted individually. No extra travel charge is added without approval.
Rescheduling and cancellation arrangements, including approved nonrecoverable bookings, are stated in your quote before payment. If you paid without a confirmed quote, contact us before making further travel payments; payment alone does not schedule attendance.
