Kituwa IT evaluates, installs, and connects AI systems on compatible infrastructure you control. A fully local design can keep prompts, documents, embeddings, and model requests inside your environment. Hybrid designs are also available when an external service is useful and approved.

Fixed-scope packages

• Use-case and model evaluation — $499: discovery session, comparison of up to three practical model approaches, hardware guidance, privacy review, and a written recommendation.
• Private AI remote setup — $1,499: one supported model runtime on one compatible host, one basic user interface, access configuration, testing, and handoff documentation.
• Custom agent creation — $1,999: one defined agent and workflow using supported existing tools. New connectors and custom MCP tools are priced separately.
• Connect one existing MCP tool — $699: configure, authorize, test, and document one compatible existing connector.
• Create one custom MCP tool — $1,499: one narrowly scoped integration for a documented API, with up to three agreed operations.
• Connect one external data source — $899: one supported database, API, file repository, or business system with agreed read/write permissions.
• Private document search — $1,499: one approved document source, retrieval setup, citations, access rules, initial indexing, and testing.

Before purchasing a build package

Confirm scope through the website inbox. Hardware, operating-system remediation, paid APIs, commercial software licenses, travel, complex identity systems, high availability, and ongoing management are quoted separately. “Self-hosted” does not automatically mean isolated: any enabled external API, telemetry service, cloud backup, or connector can send data outside the local system.
