Retire business drives with an agreed sanitization method, documented checks, and a result for each drive.

Standard on-site service — from $349

• One confirmed business location, with up to three healthy, supported SATA HDD, SATA SSD, or NVMe SSD drives of up to 2 TB each.
• Identify and record the agreed drives; remove standard accessible drives when needed or work in the system when appropriate.
• Perform the media-appropriate sanitization agreed before work starts.
• Review completion status and tool logs, carry out method-appropriate verification, and record pass, fail, or unresolved results for each drive.
• A per-drive service report with model, serial number where available, capacity, method, tool/version, date, operator, checks performed, and exceptions.

Additional work

Additional eligible drives on the same approved visit are $35 each. Complex disassembly, soldered storage, SAS drives, RAID arrays, failed or locked drives, larger capacities, special documentation, travel outside the confirmed service area, and extended attendance need a separate quote. Standard drive access/removal for included drives is included.

Confirm a realistic processing window

We confirm local availability, the technician or provider, supported methods, expected processing time, attendance, and the complete price before purchase. Drive capacity and condition affect duration. Erasure may take hours; this is not a promise to finish every drive in a short visit. If a drive cannot pass the agreed checks, it is recorded as failed or unresolved and kept out of reuse pending your instructions.

What verification means

Verification records that the agreed process completed and passed the applicable checks. A recovery scan alone does not establish that every part of a drive is sanitized. This is not an unlimited forensic-recovery guarantee, independent certification, or certification of your organization’s compliance.

You control the decision

You may keep all drives instead. Before erasure, confirm your authority, the exact serial-number list, required backups, and that no retention requirement or legal hold prevents destruction. Erasure is irreversible. We do not browse or copy your business files as part of this service. Backups, cloud accounts, and other copies of data are outside the agreed drive list.

Physical destruction is a separate option

If you require physical destruction, we arrange a suitable specialist and a media-specific method under a separate written quote. On-site witnessed destruction depends on local provider availability. A destruction record is supplied only for work actually performed and documented by the provider. Physical destruction is not included in this product.
