What the package price includes
A built-to-order server, assembly, testing, a compatible operating system, and installation of the compatible software you request. We apply the settings you provide where they can be completed before shipment. Installation of your chosen compatible software before shipping is included; custom development, paid licenses, migration, and on-site or remote setup and testing are separate.
Choose how to get started
Self-setup: You can purchase without a consultation. We collect your software, operating-system and configuration requests before building, then ship the server or arrange local delivery. You are responsible for final network setup, user accounts, access permissions, backups and ongoing administration. This option is available for experienced customers; we recommend a consultation or remote setup for most businesses.
Remote setup add-on — recommended: With your agreement, we can prepare secure remote access before delivery. Once you connect power and a working internet connection, we complete the agreed final configuration remotely at a scheduled time. Remote access is enabled only with your authorization. Remote setup, maintenance, monitoring, training and technical help are separately priced services.
Build and delivery
Enter software and OS requests on the product page, or provide them in your order note. Exact components, software compatibility, requested settings, build timing and delivery arrangements are confirmed before we order components. Alternative drive sizes or hardware changes require a quote; the listed price covers the stated configuration. Shipping, local delivery, tax and any service add-ons are shown or quoted separately. Do not include passwords in your order.
Storage: Drive capacities are nominal; formatted capacity is lower. RAID and mirroring improve availability but do not replace an independent backup.
Warranty: One-year limited hardware warranty and 90-day workmanship coverage apply to the supplied hardware and agreed pre-shipment work. Ongoing technical support is not included. Read warranty and support details.
