Bring your existing data into your private application
A $499 starter migration covers one customer-supplied, readable export into one working Nextcloud, Immich or Paperless-ngx installation.
Starter scope
- One source export, one destination and one user account
- Up to 100 GB and 10,000 files, with both limits applying
- Up to three hours of hands-on work; unattended transfer time is separate from labor
- A small trial import before the main transfer
- Agreed file-count checks and sample opening or playback checks
- A migration summary and 30-minute handover, included in the labor allowance
We confirm export format, compatibility, transfer access and what can be preserved before accepting the job. Album structure, timestamps, sharing permissions and application-specific metadata vary by source; only the mapping agreed in writing is included.
Keep an independent backup and retain the source until you accept the result. We do not delete the original data as part of this package.
Application installation, damaged-file recovery, major cleanup, multiple users, complex permissions and mailbox migrations are separate. Larger migrations are quoted; broader server migrations start at $749.
