Keep your private server maintained

For an existing, healthy Linux server that needs routine attention after installation. Core care is $149 for one month; Plus care is $299 for one month.

Included in both plans

• One supported host and up to three agreed applications
• Up to three availability checks and automated notifications
• One scheduled monthly review of service health, disk space and an existing backup job
• One agreed maintenance window for supported updates, with backup and rollback readiness checked first
• A monthly record of checks, changes and outstanding issues

Labor allowance: Core includes up to 45 minutes total hands-on work per month. Plus includes up to 120 minutes. Reviews, updates, investigation and support all count toward that allowance; unused time does not roll over. Additional approved work is $125/hour.

Before ordering

Contact us to confirm compatibility, access, maintenance windows and the support schedule. Existing Kituwa installations can enroll after a fit check; unfamiliar or unhealthy systems need a separately quoted onboarding review or repairs.

Automated monitoring is continuous where configured; human review takes place during the agreed service schedule. This is not 24/7 staffing, unlimited repairs or an emergency-response guarantee. Major upgrades, new applications, backup storage, restore projects and hardware are separate.

Checkout purchases one month from the agreed activation date. It does not create an automatically renewing subscription. Continued service and billing are agreed separately; there is no annual commitment.
