Make your connections more dependable
$149 covers a 60-minute remote assessment of one home or small office with one router and up to three access points, plus written recommendations. We review coverage symptoms, device layout, available speed tests, guest access, and existing equipment.
Router, mesh Wi-Fi, access point, switch, guest-network, and supported device-network setup are available by separate quote. A remote review cannot replace a physical radio survey. New hardware, cabling, internet-provider work, mounting, travel, and implementation are not included. On-site work depends on location and appointment availability.
Contact us before purchasing so we can confirm compatibility, scope, and availability. Hardware, licenses, subscriptions, travel, and ongoing support are separate unless explicitly included. Additional work requires an approved quote. Do not send passwords in order notes.

Planning an on-site visit?
Contact us before buying a service that requires travel. On-site availability and travel are confirmed separately. Travel time is $75 per hour round trip, quoted in 30-minute increments, plus approved vehicle expenses, parking, and tolls. Long-distance trips are individually quoted. Technical labor is separate, and travel already included in an accepted quote or pickup fee is not charged twice.
We agree on the starting location, total travel allowance, expenses, and timing before you commit. Later changes to our own itinerary do not increase your accepted travel quote. A service purchase alone does not authorize an additional travel charge or reserve a visit.
